The High Court trial of murder accused, Patrick Anthony Balgobin, has commenced. The farmer had allegedly attempted to reprimand his drunken employee (Balgobin) for verbally abusing his wife and attacking a co-worker, when they began to quarrel.Balgobin is said to have attacked Moonsammy battering him in the head and chopping him. Residents later found the elderly man unconscious in his bedroom.Moonsammy was then rushed to the Leonora Cottage Hospital. He was thereafter transferred to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation, (GPHC). The injured man died there, approximately three days after.Balgobin was later arrested and charged for murder.? He pleaded not guilty to the charge at the commencement of the trial on Thursday.Meanwhile in another murder trial before Justice Priya Sewnarine, State Pathologist, Dr .Nehaul Singh testified that based on a post mortem, murder victim,Cheap NFL Jerseys, Donna Thomas died of asphyxiation compounded by compression injuries to the neck along with blunt cranial trauma.Thomas had been living with her common law husband, Anthony Morrison at the time of her death.??
