The Prosecutor objected to bail due to the seriousness of the crime.However, the accused told the Court that the particulars of the charge are incorrect.? He claimed that on the day in question, he was attacked by eight men, one of whom was Evans.Lee added that he is unsure which of the men dealt him a chop to his foot with a cutlass. He claimed that when the man “fired another chop” at him he ducked and Evans suffered the blow instead.
