Forty-seven year-old Selall Parbu was yesterday remanded after an appearance at the SparendaamDead 23 year-old Permaul RampersaudMagistrate’s for manslaughter.Parbu shot his cousin,Cheap Air Max 90, 23-year-old Permaul Rampersaud.
