The seminar is slated to conclude on Thursday August 14.The seminar aims to help nations resolve issues resulting from defense transformation, stability and support operations, terrorism and other security challenges.It also assists in dealing with arms trade and border issues. The first regional conference was held last year, and Guyana participated.
