Nineteen-year-old Clayton Westford of 7 West La Penitence was yesterday morning allegedly kidnapped and beaten by masked men.Westford,Cheap Stitched Jerseys, who is no stranger to the law, was arrested and charged with the Ministry of Health fire two months ago.
