Two former employees of the Caribbean International Distributors Inc. pleaded not guilty yesterday to conspiring to commit a felony and falsifying documents.Anil Khan, a former bond clerk of Lot 92 Little Diamond,Cheap Stitched Jerseys, East Bank, Demerara,NBA Store, was charged for the offence of falsifying documents and conspiring to commit a felony while Kurt Cameron, a driver and salesman of 124 CC Eccles was charged with conspiring to commit a felony.They both appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine Beharry,Wholesale NFL Jerseys, yesterday.It was alleged that the two men had conspired to store 4121 cases of 375ml of Thrill soft drink worth $7,Nike NFL Jerseys China,829,Wholesale Jerseys USA,900, property of the distribution company. Khan was also charged with falsifying documents relating to the stocks of the company.According to Prosecutor Lionel Harvey the company had conducted audits between January and September last, when they discovered that items were missing from the bond and that there was no money to justify the missing stock. The company had also realized that some records written up by Khan had been falsified.Khan’s attorney, Glen Hanoman, in his client’s defense, made a bail application stating that his client was a father of two and an acute diabetic who regularly needed to visit the doctor.Speaking on Cameron’s behalf attorney at law Mark Waldron had told the court that the men had been detained and scrutinized by company members before being taken to the police station and that the men would follow any stipulations made by the court.The prosecution made no objections to bail only that the bail sum be a substantial amount.The court subsequently granted the men $250,000 bail per charge resulting in Khan paying $500,000 on the two charges he faces.Cameron was required to post $250,Cheap Nike NFL Jerseys,000 bail for conspiring to commit a felony.The matter was transferred to another court and adjourned to October 21.
