Three armed men staged a daring robbery on a Brazilian operated dredge in the Wenamu River,Deportivas Asics Mujer Baratas, Cuyuni District early yesterday morning.Reports reaching this newspaper stated that the bandits approached the dredge in a motor boat at around 02:00 hours yesterday. They held the workers at gunpoint and relieved them of an undisclosed quantity of raw gold before making good their escape.
