Justice Claudette La Bennett is expected to make a ruling Monday on the voir dire that has been ongoing for the past week in Delon ‘Fatboy’ Reynolds’s case. Reynolds is accused of murdering self-confessed death squad informant, George Bacchus.The voir dire continued yesterday in the High Court and submissions were delivered by the prosecution and the defence. The matter has been adjourned to Monday.Earlier this month, the trial was aborted because one of the jurors was related to a witness. That witness was reportedly one of the investigating officers in the case.
