A 52-year-old man who is accused of indelicately assaulting a five-year-old girl, yesterday, was denied his pretrial liberty by Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson, at the Georgetown Magistrates Court.The man, Winston Jardin,Adam Joseph Duhe Dolphins Jersey, was not required to plead when the charge was read to him.
