Head of the Presidential Secretariat,Wholesale NFL Jerseys, Dr Roger Luncheon,Josh Hart Villanova Jersey, yesterday conceded that the Administration does have some difficulties with the numerous engineer’s estimates being submitted for projects before they go out to tender.Dr Luncheon was at the time responding to a query about whether Office of the President ever sought to investigate the possibility of contractors and engineers colluding to inflate the estimates supplied.He said that at present the suggestion is anecdotal but the administration clearly has some difficulties“We have difficulties with estimates on the basis that it is not as rigorous as we would like it.”He said that it is very difficult to build a strong case for collusion because that would be difficult to prove.“To move from intuitive response to confirmation you have got to be careful.”
