But they are not easy projects; they take a long time.”However, Da Silva pointed out that companies undergoing these studies are big enterprises that can source the financing. He added that this is at least a US$500M investment.“Based on the push by the US to be free of fossil fuels,Dan Feeney Jersey, they will be looking for more of the biofuels, and we are hoping that this will give us a great opportunity in the US market.” Ethanol is a clean-burning fuel produced from renewable crops like corn and sugarcane, and its use has long been advocated to curb dependence on foreign oil and reduce monoxide emission.It is also used in perfumes, alcoholic beverages,Evan Gattis Jersey, medical wipes and in antibacterial hand sanitizing gels as an antiseptic.Other alternative power sources being explored by Government are hydropower, solar, wind, and biodiesel.
