The authorities have placed barricades at the approaches to the Mercy Hospital forcing emergency cases to seek alternative attention.According to a citizen,Brian Urlacher Bears Jersey, at one point in Duke Street there is a policeman manning the barricade. He reportedly told persons to exit their vehicles if they wished to reach the hospital.An official at the Mercy Hospital said that an ambulance should be allowed to bypass the barricade if necessary at the point of entry.
